DANCE OF LIFE STUDIO believes in delivering excellence in dance.  Our prime objective is developing the skill, artistic creativity and technical excellence in a range of dance styles.


Building on natural talent as well as supporting professional dancers.  Training and equipping students with the skills to be able to cross over in to musical theatre, television and other related areas should they wish to pursue the professions.


Students will explore, ignite and build on their talents with innovative, exhilarating and artistic practices, whilst learning is promoted with creativity and fun.



DANCE OF LIFE STUDIO is a London school founded by Angelo Ruggieri, a recognised and established choreographer and instructor.  After choreographing as well as performing around Europe he recognised what the gaps were in developing the arts, in particular dance and has since pioneered a model as well as techniques that advance and challenge students.



The principles remain the same whether students are engaging in the occasional classes or whether on the set programmes.  Hence, a performing arts school specialising in dancing and courses for people from all walks of life.  Delivering innovative dance training and combining a multi-disciplinary approach that includes composition and body contact.

Dance has many benefits, health and well being the paramount, however, if participants are looking to develop performance skills, increase confidence, or literally just have some fun through the magic of dance.  DANCE OF LIFE STUDIO accommodates clients and students lifestyles.



Flexible classes during the day, evening and weekends with a variety of dance options managed by energising and inspiring instructors.  Classes range from Ballet to Jazz, Argentine Tango to Waltz, Wedding First Dances as well Hen Night choreography to the core strengthening Pilates.

The ranges of levels taught are to support all, from beginners to master classes.
In addition, for those who would like to perform at one of our quarterly showcases, whether it be for fun or whether you’re a professional, the option is available with DANCE OF LIFE STUDIO!



For those interested and passionate about developing their technique, learning for a special occasion, or generally for their health and well being and would like to escalate their learning through a one to one class, DANCE OF LIFE STUDIO will offer your first class on a complimentary basis with a private instructor where you both will have the opportunity to assess your technique as well as understand your dancing goals.
